April 4th

I have never seen any raven here in T. It's April 4th today–"double four" day. Number four stands for death in the Chinese character in Korea. Of course, number seven stands for luck. In Korea, there is a superstition about the bird covered in all black color, the raven. The superstition says that the raven brings an ominous event, especially death. 

I have lots of readings for my classes/work/... and the final exams/projects.. are approaching. We have only less than a month left. But people work harder when there is a fire in their own backyards.
